All Junto Wood Design pieces are made to order in our Lisbon workshop. Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from confirmation of payment. Timings may vary depending on the season and the scale of the project, so we recommend checking with us at the time of ordering for the most accurate schedule.
Delivery in Portugal
We partner with professional couriers experienced in handling fine furniture. Each piece is delivered blanket-wrapped for protection during transport. We try to avoid unnecessary packaging, keeping the process safe, efficient, and low waste.
International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us by email at info@juntowd.com within 24 hours of delivery, including a description of the issue and supporting photos. Our team will review the case and determine whether the piece can be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved.
After 24 hours, any claims fall under the terms outlined in our Care & Warranty Guide.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
