Shipping & returns
Each Junto Wood Design piece is made to order in our Lisbon workshop.
Our standard lead time is 6–8 weeks from confirmation of payment.
Timings may vary slightly depending on the season and the scale of your project, so we recommend getting in touch when placing your order for the most accurate schedule.
Delivery
We work with trusted couriers who specialise in handling fine furniture.
Whenever possible, pieces are blanket-wrapped to ensure safe transport while minimising packaging waste — a careful balance of protection, efficiency, and respect for materials.
All deliveries — both within Portugal and abroad — are quoted separately after your order is placed.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you with a personalised shipping quote based on your location, access conditions, and delivery method.
The corresponding delivery cost will then be invoiced separately.
If your delivery address has access constraints (such as stairs, narrow doors, or limited entry), please let us know in advance at info@juntowd.com so we can plan accordingly with our freight partners. Additional charges may apply.
For international deliveries, shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
This means that any import duties, customs fees, or local VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping quotes.
If an order is returned due to refusal to pay import fees, any refund will exclude shipping and return costs.
We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.
Return & exchanges
As each Junto piece is crafted to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@juntowd.com within 24 hours of delivery, including a short description and photos.
Our team will assess the situation and arrange the best solution — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or other form of resolution.
After 24 hours, any claims fall under the terms of our Care & Warranty Guide.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning an item, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
